the audigy 2 has no midi port as standard but it does have a game port on a flying lead installed on a back slot
If this guys got no game port he should go back to whoever installed it because it should be there as it is a standard part of the kit.
if he has got a port then the midi adapter lead mentioned by the first respondent is what he needs to get going.
The other option is the breakout bay that was availbe for these cards. this provides headphone mics digital in/out and Midi
This is difficult to come by but you do see them occasionally on ebay where someone who bought the two bundled together (platinum pack) is selling the bay and keeping the card
search for "Audigy 2" and "drive"
Note there are other breakout bays available for soundblaster cards. The "live drive" for the Soundblaster "live"
