: I am having "head-explodey".
:
: I have the keyboard, Proteus Sound Module, and the computer with 20 bit sound card w/ RCA input/outputs, Cubase software.
: I ONLY want the sounds from the Proteus. I will never use the sounds in the keyboard.
: I don't have an amp or a mixer and the only speakers here are on the computer and MIDI keyboard.
: I need help with the configuration. Non of the other folks on the other forums will help. MIDI snobs, I guess.

: Please help me!

Heidi,
Midi out of the PC to Midi in on the Proteus. Midi out of the Keyboard to Midi in on the PC. Connect the outputs (stereo L & R ) of the Proteus to the soundcard line in ( L & R). If the PC is RCA Female, and the Proteus is 1/4 Female, you will need a stereo audio cable with 2 Male RCA on one end to 2 MALE 1/4 on the other. Most sound cards have the line in as a stereo 1/8 mini Female. If this is the case, get a stereo audio cable that is 1 MALE Stereo 1/8 mini to 2 1/4 MALE. Either case, Radio Shack or your local music store can help you out. Good jamming.
