How do I convert Roland MC-500 sequencer files to standard midi files

I bought the 1st MC-500 roland sequencers on the market.I hand wrote 900 songs and their nice arrangements.I since have switched to Yamaha keyboard's.They are general midi compatible .I also have a cakewalk program.Is there anyway I can convert these to work on my yamaha key's?
