Hi,
not that expensive now (second hand) I would suggest he has a listen to E-mu stuff :
- E4X Platinum or Hollywood(second hand), or E6400 Ultra (w/ sound Cds) or even the E4 or E-Synth keyboards
- or the new E-mu PC modules
Best.
: If the guys got enough money I would suggest having a look at the Roland XV5080.
:
: All the best
: : I would recommend any of the Roland Sound Canvas modules (SC-8850, SC-8820, SD-90, SD-20, etc.).

: : : Hi,
: : : You seem like the guys to know the answer to this one!
: : : I'm an IT professional but don't know much about MIDI modules, and have been asked to set up a computer system for a professional composer.
: : : What's the best sound module to advise? He needs full orchestra, so some pretty hefty polyphony, and is particularly keen on a good organ sound (plus good variety of them if possible!).
: : : Anyone got any ideas? It needs to work with Sibelius and a Roland dummy keyboard, but I guess most modules would do that.
: : : All your thoughts appreciated!
