If you search the web for free midi sequencing programs, you'll find quite a few.
Unfortunately you get what you pay for, most of them are not very good, outdated and no longer supported.
Before you download and install anything, make sure it's a fairly recent version, works with your OS, and the author is still around to support it.
It's a good idea to find reviews on the web about the software before installing it to your computer.
I would recommend buying a cheap commercial sequencer from a known company, like Cakewalk.
They have something called Music Creator, it sells for around $39 in stores.
