Ok guys, I really need help. Here in Mexico is very rare to find people that know about this kind of questions. I hope you guys can help me.

I want to do the following and I want to know if it is possible.

I want to hook my Korg Triton 61 to another keyboard (Roland JV80),via MIDI, so the JV 80 can "steal" some TUBA sound from my Korg Triton Extreme. I know this is possible, but the question is, is there a way to "lock" the JV 80 so it doesn't interfere when I try to change sounds in the Korg Extreme?

I want to be able to play and switch sounds and stuff, while the Roland JV80 is stealing my TUBA sound and there is no problem between both. I just know that by hooking them up via MIDI, the Korg Triton Extreme rules the JV 80, so when I try to change sounds in the Korg Triton Extreme, the Rolang JV 80 also changes sounds. I don't know how to "lock" the Jv-80 and I don't even know if that is possible.

Thanks a lot guys. I might use the Rolad JV 80 or a Roland AX7 Remote MIDI Controller Keyboard to be the "slave".

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

ERick
