Peavey C8P plus Motif plus M1

I'm MIDI stupid. I have a Peavey C8p, Yamaha Motif and Korg M1

I want the Peavey C8p to control both and assign the sliders on the Peavey to control the volume on both the Motif and the M1 seperately.

I've tried everything, and I just don't understand even the basics. Can someone help me?
