Robson -- Thank you for the instructions, I'll try them this evening. I have also downloaded a demo version of Awave and looked at some of the manual / help file info there. I will also give that approach a try. Thanks again.
: : Thanks. I have SoundForge 4.5 XP, the somewhat stripped down version that came with CD Architect. Some info indicates it does loop editing, but it isn't very clear if or how to create loops with this software that will work on the QSR. Any guidance on that?
: Using SoundForge to make sample loops (basic informations):
: 1) Open any sound file and select the region you wish to loop.
: 2) Use the menu Special/Edit Sample.
: 3) The Sample Type (of loop) must be Sustaining.
: 4) Click OK.
: 5) Now you have a LOOP in your sound file.
: 6) The next step is make this loop smooth (without clicks and/or pops): go to Tools/Crossfade loop and adjust the correct point to correct this loop). Is good idea to use the realtime auditioning at this point! If necessary, modify the loop region (to less or more samples) to make more heavy adjusts.
: 7) Click OK and... done!
: 8) Now, save this file (check the option Regions/Playlist is saved too on Save/Save As options).
: You can save in .WAV of .AIFF formats (both with loop information).
: 9) These file(s) can be imported on to SoundBridge and works fine.
: Good Luck !
