AFAIK you can't adjust the tuning *on the keyboard* but if you have the right computer/sequencer set-up you can play "de-tuned" sequences. I still feel it's a draw-back :-) One of the reasons I would buy a Proteus 2K or Virtuoso is their ability to play any multi-timbral part in any pre-set or user-defined tuning.
