Support is definately on the black hole side. Seldom does an e-mail get answered in a decent amount of time.
I would suggest taking the unit back and exchanging it for a new one. There have been several bad power supplies in the synths as well as other gear. You will have better luck with cust. support if you call on the phone and can wait it out. They should give you a return order number in case there's a problem with the dealer.
