Are any of the envelopes in the four sound layers in the programs that are misbehaving setup to respond to velocity? (If you don't know or don't know how to figure it out, write back about which program is the biggest offender and I or others can check on it.) In this same vein, could you have altered the velocity sensitivity of your keyboard recently so that it's now sending higher velocity notes than what you're used to. I work with a Roland keyboard with my QSR where I can do this and it sometimes affects certain programs.
OK, just some more thoughts.

: I already tried with my headphones only with the same effect. I also tried turning off all effects and possible midi message send with no change.
