As long as the pins match up you can at least try it.If the Roland card is an SRAM it should work once you re-format it. The QS7 should format automatically when you write to the card.WARNING!!!!! Be sure the pins match up and be careful inserting in case they don't quite fit. You wouldn't want to break or bend any.
