No problem of decipher should appear if you use the GM order of instruments.
Have in mind that it is different thing when your QS play back a hand made mix contained in Performer sequence and different when you use the option of midi files play back from a flash card.
The midi files loded in a card must be ONLY in GM order. QS don't care if you made these files with another QS. The midi play back option use only the 128 instrument order of GM. So if you used in your sequense the patch "Pianomorph" that is 4th in Bank1 don't expect QS play it back exactly from flash card. It will play in its place "HnkyTonk" which is 4th patch in GM order and so on.
QS recognise the number of instrument but not from which bank you get it.
So, only GM instruments.
