I think you could try Alesis customer support and ask for it. I also bought my QS7.1 second handed and they sent me the Cd.
The stupid thing in all of this is that I contacted Spain and Italy customer support and they said "no way, we can't do that! The Cd is copyroghted!"
Than I tried UK and Germany, and both said "of course we can send it to you, just give us your adress".
So, give it a try as well!
