: I replaced my qs6 one a few years ago... it's actually not that hard. I think I got it from Alesis for around $35 at the time. Just try to buy the part and do it yourself. Just harass the hell out of them until you get it.
: If you open up the keyboard, the panel comes right off, there's a connector to the main board that you have to disconnect, then put the new one. There might be a tab of epoxy to hold the connector down, but you should be able to pry that off gently with a small screwdriver. good luck.
