: Ben, we need you to be a little more specific, but I'm going to guess what you mean and answer that. If I'm wrong, try again, and I'll see what I can do.
: First, the Aftertouch. There is an options screen in Cakewalk that tells CW what MIDI messages to accept. I believe you'll find it under settings. It'll be MIDI input, or recording options, or something like that. You'll see Channel Aftertouch listed there, and it will be unchecked. If you check it, CW will record Aftertouch messages. You may find you don't wnat that, as I have, but that's how you would turn it on if you wanted to.
: As for the sounds changing, what headphone port are you talking about? If you're talking about the headphone port on the computer, then you will NOT get the same sounds, because your sound card is generating the sound, not the QS-6. Not surprisingly, your QS-6 sounds a lot better than an AWE 64 sound card.
: I hope this helps. If not, try to be more specific, and I'll take another crack at it.

Thanks Mike!
The aftertouch setup is all set now. But actually what I was refering to about the headphones is the headphone port on the QS6. When I select a bank and listen to a instrument through the QS, I hear one sound and when I listen through it through my PC I hear another one. Is it a limitation of my sound card? It seems as though a lot of the bass lines don't sound the same when ran through Cakewalk. I'm using my Awe 64's midi in port as my midi in and the Awe 64's midi out as out. There is also a creative synth, midi mapper, and soundfont midi router options to be set up as my midi out. I'm not sure which one to use. I also can't access my drum kit (120) when using Cakewalk. It simply won't allow me to select it on the keyboard. I hope I've given you enough info to give me a little more assistance. Thanks for all your help.
Oh yeah, under Global options on page 6 should my QS be set up as Ch_Solo, Normal, or Out1? I've heard different answers so I'm not sure.
