If they come in Sample Cell format I will guess that they could be made to work. However if you go to Coakley's web site (I don't have the URL handy) this question has come up and he notes that such a use would be in violation of his liscencing agreement.
FWIW I've played the Ensoniq synth that had the Coakley pianos and I didn't like it as well as my own QS8 patches. The samples sounded good but the programs that used them weren't conducive to playing legato passages (my pet peeve with most digital pianos) It certainly would have been good for non-classical pieces and actually the samples sounded pretty similar to the Alesis ones so I bet I could program such samples to work well for my tastes, but it definitely takes time to program the perfect piano, especially the first few times you do it.
