I have a QS-8 and a QS-7 (or rather, my church does) and I have noticed a resonance or ringing in the True Stereo (piano) voice. The resonance is at F#5 (the highest F# on the QS7). This only occurs on this voice (but on both machines) and is noticeable with headphones--so it is not in my amplification system.
I believe the problem is in the effects patch. If anyone has been able to do anything about this problem, I would love to know what it is or if there is anywhere else I can go for help. I've contacted Alesis tech service by email but have received no response.
