Pay attention in connecting joystick port and MIDI port because they use different signal level (TTL and current loop) and need optoisolators in between.
You can find specs somewhere in the net but I think for $9 it's better buy.

I dont wanna buy that $30 dollar adapter from the music store for it since I have the capability of making my own cables here in my shop, But, I know pin 12 and pin 15 are the TX and RX of the MIDI but are there any onther pins I need to worry about, Do I need to ground any of the pins coming from the keyboard.
