I don't have, and I've never played the QS+. However, I recently demo'd a Q-card on a QS 8.1 in a local music store where I encountered the same problem. In that case, it turned out that the pitch wheel was broken. That may be your problem.

Also, on occasion, I've noticed weird detuning problems when I have my QS 6.1 or my Kurzweil PC 88 hooked up to my computer via midi port. I haven't yet figured out what causes these occasional problems, but suspect that its some of the software I'm running. You might try unplugging and reattaching your midi port lines if you are using them. That solves this problem for me.
