I see that my posting is not going to be
very comprehensible unless you look at it in a
fixed-width font. There is lots of columnar stuff
which looks silly otherwise.
You might do a "View Page Source"
or whatever in your browser, or copy and paste
the text into an editor and change the font to
fixed-width.
