I got an 512K SRAM (pretec) and a 8 Meg Flash RAM card (also pretec and discontinued) on eBay for under $200. I paid $81 for the SRAM and $110 for the Flash. Not an incredible deal but saved me 20 or 30 bucks on the both of them. You might want to keep your eyes on the auctions.
