I also had the same problem.
You must re-initialize the synth but BEWARE that the synth's Pitch Wheel is in the middle. Test that while watching emagics Logic Audio, Transpose Screen,midi in events is 0.
Another issue is that the screw inside the pitch wheel have been unscrew.
