The "secret" Soundbridge

Like many posts I've read on here. Where can I get Soundbridge 3.01 d2? It seems to have almost "mythical" status like SasQuatch. Always heard about but never seen.

I would like a way to burn an image file of a Qcard(which I already purchased) to a RAM card. Any other options for me to do this?
