I've never read anything about that. I guess I should be glad I read this thread. However, I can say that I've had my QS8 sitting on an Ultimate Support double X stand for
the majority of six months now (except when I'm transporting it) and have had zippo problems. I don't get how a piece of gear designed for live performance would have difficulties
in this regard. I'd be interested in hearing more about anybody who's actually had trouble in this regard.
