I am thinking of buying the QS6.1 as a gift for my wife, and I do not know a great deal about Keyboards. My budget is <$1000.
My wife plays a few rare Indian instruments that she'd like on the keyboard. Therefore an important feature would be the ability to bring in sounds of new instruments into the keyboard, either from wav files on PC or some other way (I have a AWE64 soundblaster card in my PC).
Is the QS6.1 ready with all the needed equipment to bring the new instruments in, or will I need to buy additional equipment. Any other suggestions? Should I consider some other keyboards?
