OK. I have been trying to connect the stuff I have to get it to work, but I have much problems. I have a QS6, an AKAI MPC-2000, S2000, an Ensoniq ASR-10(rack mount) and a Proteus 2000 sound module. I am trying to hook this all up so that I can use my computer and the Cubasis software as a master sequencer to drive the other pieces of equipment. I would like to use the MPC to sequence drums and maybe a sample, use the ASR as a sound module, use the s2000 to trigger samples, and use the computer to sequence all the parts. I am using a MOTU timepiece/interface for MIDI. How can I use the 16 tracks from the MPC to send out to Cubasis on one track, use the keyboard to get sounds from the Proteus, use the ASR as a multi-timbral instrument sound module and use the s2000 as a sampler triggered by Cubasis so that the final result is one song. I know this is a lot to be asking but the people in this forum seem to really know their stuff. PLease advise. If you can get it to work, I will shout you out on anything I do musically forever. Thanks.
