How funny, I did the same, sort of. I tried to check the "keiths C3" edit and managed to over write it. Duhooo!
First off, the reinitailize move in the manual will NOT reset the User Bank. You need to find the 6.1 user bank file and reload it. Note: you will overwrite your existing User Bank, so back it up first.
