I ordered a Pertec #AFH008-P Flash memory card and it behaves the
same way - all appears ok from SoundBridge but I can't find the
samples or sequences on the card.

I went back to Pretec's site and noticed that they have a note
that states that the FAD008-P is compatible with the QS. It
appears that am going to have to exchange the AFH008-P for
the FAD008-P. Unfortunately the price is higher at $195
compared to $49.... From reading the forum it also appears
that the price recently went up quite a bit (was about $90 US).
