What's the word on Alesis support from experienced users? I bought a new QS8.1, RA-100 amp and speakers, emailed a question to support twice over the past few weeks and no response of any kind. Hope it's not a black hole.
The question, incidentally, was that the RA-100 had a pretty audible mechanical "hum" (not through the speakers). I was curious if it had an internal fan that might make a noise like that, or something normal. The dealer offered to switch it out for another one, but thought I would ask first if they all have a noise like that.
