Program/bank change problem

I incorporate a lot of program and bank changes in my sequences in order to get more sounds out of 16 channels.

One problem that I've encountered is that when I rewind a sequence, the synth gets on the wrong program or bank number.

Also, sometimes when I hit stop on the sequence, the bank reverts back to the user bank.

Does anyone else experience these problems and have a solution?
