There should not be a problem doing it.
Is your card in the top slot?
Are you attempting to save the USER BANK to the card FROM the synth, or maybe from a utility like Sound Bridge?
Do you have your manual, and if so, did you use the steps described therein?
These are questions which I need answered in order to properly diagnose the problem.
