Yes, I am attempting to save a user bank to the card from the synth. and not via SoundBridge. I do have a manual and follow the steps but the synth keeps on saying that 'card is a flash card. cannot store'.
I asked AMD support and they say the cards come unformatted and I might need to format it to Alesis format? Cannot find anything in the manual.
