    Dear QS8 Users,

    I own a QS8 and I´m very happy.
One of my purposes with my synth is to compose orchestral music. I also have a Roland PMA-5.
My real problem is: I can´t play individual sounds with the Mixes, except when I assign different split points to the keyboard range and naturally each split point with a specific instrument. But this is not cool if I intend to use the whole range of the keyboard.
I understand layers do not permit individual sounds to be played; I´ve tried to use the function Range in Mix Edit Mode... nothing yet!!
I need a Mix which plays Channel 1 on track 1 of my sequencer; ch 2 on track 2; ch 3 on track 3 - each sound in its due time.
    Anybody helps me?
Thank you very much. Sarmento from Brazil See email below
